I am 3 years into my 6 year plan! Gave myself plenty of time to be FIT BY AGE 40. So for the last 3 years I have working working on my diet and fitness habits. I ebb and flow with commitment, but overall I am acheiving better lifestyle habits with portion control. more veggies and increasing activity.

Spent the weekend shopping craigslist and adding more equipment to the home gym, a flat bench and arack to rganize the dumbells. My husband and I spent most of the summer remodeling the basement. Now we actually want to be down there, its clean and bright and freshy painted. We both did a Vintage workout tape the Abs of Steel video, and we were both dying from it on Monday. I must remind rremind myself baby steps when I am this out of shape.

Started dieting again! I restarted on Monday Sept. 24 2007. This time I will be conting calories and keeping track of my progress on Traineo. I weighed in at 154.4 at the beginning of the week. My goal this week for the calorie counting was to find a calorie conting website I like and a calorie counting book. I wanted to get back into the swing of counting, actually haven't done it for 10 years. It was my pms week, so some days the calories were quite high, I know I will get the feeling of the 1200-1500 range soon.
